2. Sourcing of the Hotel Wedding Venue

We charge consultancy & planning fees for the expertise and the time it takes to pull everything together and ensure you have the destination wedding you always dream of. Once the agreement for the fees is signed, we will start sourcing hotels matching your destination wedding wishlist and offering the perfect setting. Together, we’ll collaborate to ensure all your desires are fulfilled.

3. Hotel Wedding Arrangement

Once you have selected the hotel venue, we will arrange everything with the hotel team management, from negotiating the best rate for your group, managing the room block agreement to ensuring your desires have been taken into account by the hotel.

We will be the main point of contact for your guests to book their room, arrange their trip, and ensure they have an amazing time.

4. Collaboration & Guidance

We will guide you throughout the preparations, and make sure that every details for a successful destination wedding are there. We will also facilitate the communication with the hotel event team, who will assist you in planning all the wedding day details and bringing your vision to life.

With your collaboration, we will craft and arrange a bespoke programme for the whole trip, to entertain your guests before and after the wedding day.
